Savoring Gourmet chocolates made by your very own hands is a captivating and uplifting experience which cannot be duplicated.  A British Cocoa Grower and chocolatier par excellence has established “Hotel Chocolat” right here on St. Lucia on historic Rabot Estate.  

The tour takes you through all the fascinating stages from the cocoa seedling nursery, fermenting room and sun-drying station to grinding, mixing and tasting!

As the chocolates are placed in the refrigerator to cool, enjoy lunch at the Rabot Market. 

You will then be presented with your chocolate creation whilst you shop at the Rabot retail shop.

 

Return to your hotel along the same route after a fascinating day.
