Our Flavors of St. Lucia Tour is conveniently available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. It is a wonderful culinary and educational experience! Suit up in your apron and chef hat (provided) and let’s get started!
We start this tour by allowing you to see, touch and smell some of the amazing spices that was harvested in our garden. You start by preparing a three-course meal with the guidance of our in-house Executive Chef. You can choose to assist the chef or just enjoy watching him cook as he teaches you the ‘authentic’ St. Lucian style of cooking.
Relish the appetizer that was prepared right before your eyes and enjoy an educational walk through of our Greenwood Terrace Garden, the home of Barefoot Holidays St. Lucia. Here is where you have the chance to learn about various flowers, fruits, vegetables, and seasonings that are grown locally, and used to enhance almost every dish.
Experience a delightful tutorial on how to create a local main course and then desert; both are on the menu of the day! Enjoy a sip of our local spice rum just before you are presented with your certificate during our FUN graduation ceremony. Yes, you are now a certified St. Lucian Cook!
